... it's not going so well. Not eating well, not exercising regularly... up 2 lbs. So much for the 2 lbs I was down last time I posted! 3 weeks and 6 lbs to go... ugh. I need to get my booty into gear, I guess.
I'll give you a kick in the pants via internet (they hurt less that way) if you'll give me the same!
Even though it is busy, really, this healthy body thing is important. I heard from a doctor that an overweight woman who exercises is healthier than a slender woman who doesn't. Something to ponder as you wonder what to do to kick start your loss. You can do 6 pounds by Jan first, but it is a big challenge. I'm game if you are!
