I have exercised 3 times in the last week. I don't think I have overeaten that much. I certainly have not had as much water, but I've tried to drink fluids since I wasn't eating much while I was sick. So why, WHY, when I stepped on the scale today am I 128.6???? That's up over 4 lbs in less than 2 weeks!

Hormones? Water? Bad scale? More muscle? A combo of two or more of those? Sorry you got such a discouraging number. Praying!
