And I'm still working on getting my daily schedule down. It's getting better, but not perfect. I'm blogging from the locker room @ the Ridge before my workout this morning since I have not spent a whole lot of time on the computer lately.
I weighed in this morning @ 146.8, clothes, shoes, and all on the gym scale. That's my new starting weight.
Okay... off to workout now. :)

What if busy is the new routine? Just something that haunts my mind sometimes, and I thought I'd share that lovely thought with you.
Now I have to find something super motivating and encouraging to make up for that little bit of sassy thought.
Actually, So glad you were at the gym. And think, next year although you'll have to get her to school, you will have five mornings a week to get a routine!
