Well, now that my parents are gone, it's time for some damage control. I started out the week just fine, even ran twice last week and did the bikini workout once. But by the end of the week I was just eating whatever I felt like and today's weigh in reflected that. I'm up to 117, leaving me 7 lbs to lose in the next 2 months.
So I think it's time to eat some egg whites and head out for a walk or run with Ellie this morning.

REally not that bad! If I went without limits for a couple of days I'm certain I'd be up 5 pounds with ease! You did well.
And, now is the time to get back on your program and continue towards your goal!
