but not tracking. I was just doing too many things today to track my eating, which is bad. But I have at least been moderate and not snacking, which means I'm pretty much on track and doing fine for the day.
For dinner we're having bean enchiladas (with only 1/4 c. cheese each, so one is okay) and cinnamon hot chocolate (no sugar added) for dessert. Should be yummy for Cinco de Mayo and low calorie. Mmmm.

Wow! That much cheese would put me over. I'm trying not to develope resentment towards cheese as I have for potatoes, but it is hard. Cheese and weight loss just don't work for me. I commend you for being able to do it. I love cheese!
