a new day... a new week... a new month!

... and a fresh start!

So today I started by going for a walk. I walked over to Taylor's house and then we loaded up her 3 kids and we headed out for a while, then I dropped her off and Ellie and I walked home. All told I walked 4 miles for an hour and a half.

And so far (after breakfast and lunch) I'm at 500 calories for the day, which leaves me 700 for dinner and snacks. I'm thinking stir fry for dinner, so that's pretty low calorie.

Now if I can just get the dishwasher unloaded and reloaded, the kitchen cleaned, and the laundry put away I'll call it a really good day!
