10 is the limit.

I used to be able to do about 50 pushups. It looks like 10 is about my limit now. After that my little wimpy arms sort of give out. Oh, for the days when I could do 50. Of course, I could probably do more if I tried to do them more often. Oh well.

I went for a walk today. It would be nice to do something else, too, like go for a bike ride or something, but we'll have to see what the weather does. I was just proud to go for a walk in sub-30 temperatures this morning. It wasn't a terribly long walk, but we were out for 30 minutes, so that's something at least.

And as of 3:30 this afternoon I'd consumed at 2 liters of water for the day. Hooray! A day like today is when I would reward myself with an aspartame free diet pop, but we don't have any. And I'm resisting finishing off the 2 liter of Sprite in the fridge.

I'm good on calories so far, but I have no idea what to make for dinner. Spaghetti sounds easy. Bread sounds good with it. Mmmm.... whole wheat spaghetti noodles with a little melted mozzarella and parmesan on top and a slice of garlic bread and sauce on the side. I had 500 grams of cucumber and 1 T. dip for lunch. I can afford the carbs for dinner.
