Vitamin: not yet... I should take that before I go to bed, too.

I even went on a walk with Leif and Ellie after I walked with Shannon this morning! Again, not terribly rigorous, but it's better than nothing and I got about 45 minutes of walking in total today, so that's good!
I weigh in again on Wednesday, but I don't expect to see the scale move after my munchy weekend. I guess we'll see when I get there, eh?

I'm late, but I skimmed and got caught up on things. One pound down is great! I did catch that you ate at the women's retreat. And that you did exercise twice in one day! All in all, sounds like you did okay.
As for the craziness of taking the scale to the restaurant, well, I've got a story for you. When I taught at Jenny Craig back in the late 80's there was a woman who took her frozen JC dinner on a road trip, and she couldn't find a way to heat it out in the hills of some state, so she used duct tape, strapped it to her car engine and drove for awhile to cook it. That is crazy. Taking your scale with you is just a little strange, and sometimes very practical!
