HOLY COW!

Today I got a chicken salad wrap from Arby's for lunch at the open house. Whole wheat tortilla, grapes and apples in the all white meat chicken salad, lettuce... I thought I was being good.

Who would have guessed that for the SAME number of calories and LESS fat, I could have eaten TWO (yes, TWO!!) regular roast beef sandwiches!?!

What gives?

Arby's chicken salad sandwiches are good, but for 638 calories and 38 grams of fat, I can do better. I'm so disappointed. Next time I'm getting the roast beef sandwich.

Definately go for the roast beef! I've often heard that fast food salads and other "healthier" choices are often very very evil and deceptie. Now we know!
