Back on the Wagon

It's good to be back on the wagon after yesterday. Today has been good. I'm ending the day at 1300 calories, and I got my water, fruits/veggies, and a walk in. Yay! The party this morning was fun, and I only ate foods that were good for me. =D I had fresh pineapple, two mandarins, and a small turkey wrap. I passed on the spinach dip (though it smelled delicious!), creamy pasta salad, and cheesecake.

Tonight we put Ellie in the enclosed stroller (for warmth) and went for a walk. Because she was in the stroller, we didn't have to wait for her and we could walk at a good pace. We walked for about a mile, which was a fun way to spend time together and get some exercise, even if it was cold out. So I think I reached my exercise goal for the week, 3 times at least 20 minutes each time. I'll take tomorrow off and start in on Monday again!
