Weigh Day - MicroChallenge Week 1

Weight: 120.0
MicroChallenge Goal: 115

I am SO close to being at 119. So close, in fact, that I weighed myself twice hoping it would dip to 119.8 the second time I weighed! Sometimes my scale fluctuates by .2 lbs, but today was not one of those days. So today I weigh 120 and I hope that I'll be at 119 by next Wednesday!

Change is change and when it is the direction of a lower number, that is always good! When you have so little left to lose - and you really aren't dealing with large numbers of extra pounds - it is always slower! Just a fact of life. I'm still excited that you got down some this week.

I do think if you feel a need to shake things up I'd do a big exercise event - one hour fast paced walk or a bike ride, or something out of the ordinary. Sometimes that will kick out a little something extra in the weight loss to give you encouragement and to let your body get passed a plateau.
