Weigh Day: MicroChallenge Week 3

Rats! I'm up a pound from last week. Looks like I really need to step up the exercise. I think I'll walk Ellie down to Bible study this morning. Weighing in at 119. That leaves me 3 weeks to lose 3 lbs. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...

Yes, you can! Just do everything you've been putting off! I don't mean that as you've been messing up, I just mean try everything you've been thinking of trying. FYI, I heard on the radio (Moody Broadcast) that two cups of green tea a day really increases weight loss. Might be worth a try - an no calories to count, so it won't mean giving something else up! Also, try a different form of exercise - that used to really shake things up with my Jenny Craig clients way back when I taught there. If you usually walk and run, get on a bike a couple days and see if that doesn't get your body going a bit. Heck, if you are really daring you could try something like sumo wrestling (just kidding, you aren't anywhere near big enough for that!!!).

Well, I walked Ellie down to Bible Study this morning, and even walked around the lake when it didn't take me long enough to get there, LOL!

She's down for her nap right now, so I'm going to go check out my supply of exercise videos and do something!
