You need to remember that the way the program is designed, certain foods are "free" Tomatoes, lettuce, celery, and some other veggies. Plus, when you exercise you earn points. And, I don't know if the on line program does this, but you are also given "flex points" each week - used to be 35 points. You use them as needed - some people just divided by 7 and gave themselves five extra points a day. Others, like me, only used them when there was an event, like a birthday, social gathering, whatever. So, given your lifestyle, it is unlikely you would be limited to 19 points on any given day.
