What do I do for dinner? Do I go for the 322 calorie enchiladas I have in the freezer so that I don't dirty any more dishes and have more time to deal with the already dirty dishes and laundry and so we eat the enchiladas before they reach their "been in the freezer too long" date, or do I try to make something with the spinach we have in the fridge? I'm NOT in the mood for a salad at all, and I've done pretty good on my veggies today, but we do need to eat the spinach.
Sigh. Decisions, decisions.

Get those enchilladas out! That's my vote! Then you can have spinich on the side - does it even have calories? Can't be many.
Well, it turns out my enchiladas were really lasagna (though, who knows... I might still have enchiladas buried in the freezer somewhere, but what I found was lasagna) so we had that instead. It's actually lower in calorie since I don't put meat in it. I had green beans with it and Leif had salad. I just was NOT in the mood for spinach. But dinner was good, filling, and now I'm working on my water.
