Hmph.

So much for losing .2 lbs yesterday and making it down to 117.8 today. Despite the fact that I ended the day at 1293 calories, 25 g. fat, 39 g. fiber, exercised, and had over 2 liters of water, my scale tells me I am at 119.4 today. Good grief. I'm ignoring it and hoping my body gets with the program by weigh in tomorrow, since I think I'm doing everything right. Exercise, water, watch the calories and fat... I'm not sure what else I can do.
